Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently select, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts and maintaining accurate inventory records to ensure stock levels are precise.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and according to safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and containers using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory counts.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic and using technology (e.g., tablets, scanners).
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as required.
- Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate effectively with other team members and supervisors.
