Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately fulfill customer orders within strict timeframes to ensure on-time delivery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as certified.
- Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify quantities against packing slips.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure workplace.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide paid training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
