Responsibilities
- Operate Forklifts: Safely and efficiently move, locate, stack, and retrieve merchandise using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Inventory Management: Help maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are organized and accessible.
- Load & Unload: Load and unload trucks in a timely manner, ensuring cargo safety during transport.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine pre-shift inspections on forklifts and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of obstructions.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the Phoenix facility.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required.
- License: Valid Driver's License is preferred but not always required.
