Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, locate, and stack merchandise.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
- Follow all safety regulations, including wearing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Assist with packaging and shipping preparation as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding stock levels and workflow.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and operate various types of forklifts (Trainable).
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
