Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Retrieve products from shelves and prepare them for shipment using handheld scanners or pick lists.
- Verify Accuracy: Double-check orders to ensure the correct items, quantities, and packaging are selected before dispatch.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and reporting any discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems (training provided on-site).
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe in compliance with company safety policies.
- Customer Focus: Ensure all packaging meets quality standards to minimize returns and damage.
