Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock organization and inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and conveyor belts.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and safety targets.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling merchandise.
