Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo safety and proper handling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyors.
- Assist in inventory control processes, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and shipping deadlines.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and quality assurance guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn RF scanning technology quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation is required.
