Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage pallets of merchandise safely and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Scan and verify inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and safety goals.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming shipments before storage.
- Assist in the packing and shipping of customer orders.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
