Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and organize stock according to established guidelines.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software to track shipments.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and equipment upkeep as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems.
