Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate stock placement in designated storage areas.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily for safety compliance and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to streamline workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
- Assist with packaging and palletizing orders for timely shipment.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification or license required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
