Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers according to safety guidelines and shipping schedules.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times to prevent accidents.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and inventory management systems accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous forklift experience is preferred but not required (we offer paid training for the right candidates).
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification (Class A or B) within 30 days of hire.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
