Responsibilities
- Select and pack merchandise according to customer orders with 100% accuracy.
- Verify product quantities and inspect for any defects or damage.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Prepare packages for shipping and load them onto transport vehicles.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible shifts.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced setting.
