Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory accuracy by conducting cycle counts and maintaining organized stockrooms.
- Package and prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment safely in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to streamline warehouse workflows and reduce bottlenecks.
- Perform general warehouse duties such as sweeping, mopping, and organizing pallets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling preferred.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
