Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label merchandise according to order specifications
- Operate packing equipment (boxes, tape machines, scanners) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to meet safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Track inventory levels and report stock shortages promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Blvd location
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
