Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label products according to order specifications
- Operate packing equipment including scanners, tape machines, and conveyors
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock rotation and counting
- Inspect products for damage and quality compliance before packaging
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse cleanliness standards
- Report equipment malfunctions or inventory discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and measurements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
