Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Retrieve merchandise from storage areas using RF scanners and pick lists, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect items for damage before packaging and ensure all orders meet quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Packing Operations: Package goods securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment as required by certification.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Order Fulfillment: Process a high volume of orders within designated timeframes to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide paid training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in picking and packing.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Reliability: A history of consistent attendance and punctuality.
