Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select items from inventory and pack them securely for shipment using appropriate materials.
- Scan and Verify: Utilize handheld scanners to scan barcodes and verify order details to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Help maintain accurate inventory counts and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery.
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare and label packages according to shipping guidelines.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep your station and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic Skills: Strong reading and basic math skills are required.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent work history.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (not required for immediate hire).
