Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) safely
- Inspect products for quality and damage
- Maintain organized inventory in assigned zones
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean workspace
- Complete shift reports and inventory counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use scanners
- Stamina for standing 8+ hours and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail and accuracy-focused mindset
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification a plus
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Ability to pass background check
