Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment according to customer orders.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
- Ensure all packaging materials are used efficiently and packages are sealed securely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily and weekly shipping quotas.
- Perform quality control checks to prevent shipping errors.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to the Boston, MA location.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
