Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders using handheld scanners and computer systems.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet quality standards before packing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Label packages accurately with proper addresses and shipping information.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and label verification.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
