Responsibilities
- Retrieve, select, and verify merchandise from stock areas to fulfill customer orders accurately.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials and prepare them for shipping.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile any stock discrepancies promptly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours per shift).
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
