Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship merchandise to customers accurately and efficiently.
- Operate handheld scanners (RF guns) to verify and process incoming and outgoing orders.
- Inspect products for quality control and damage before packing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with 5S standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate material handling equipment.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
