Responsibilities
- Select and pick merchandise from warehouse shelves based on customer orders with high accuracy.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials and labeling techniques.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to log inventory.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all orders meet company standards.
- Keep the packing area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Assist with loading outbound trucks and maintaining truck documentation.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for handling inventory and shipping labels.
- Willingness to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
