Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack products based on customer orders and packing slips.
- Inspect items for quality assurance and ensure they are free from defects.
- Label and package items securely for shipping to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory scanning.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
