Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately using warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report any damaged items immediately.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace by following all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks as needed.
- Scan barcodes and verify inventory counts to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
