Responsibilities
- Sort, pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery with speed and accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and electric hand trucks safely.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety regulations and Amazon standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or damages immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and hourly performance goals.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to maintain timely fulfillment of orders.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to read labels and follow instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
