Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on accuracy and efficiency to meet daily performance targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and scanners, in a safe and compliant manner.
- Collaborate with team leads to maintain optimal workflow and inventory organization.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
