Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Verify inventory levels and ensure proper rotation of stock.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers according to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and inventory managers regarding stock discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
