Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to meet daily productivity targets.
- Load and unload trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to all OSHA guidelines.
- Perform inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational challenges and improve workflow.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for scanning and tracking.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse equipment (Forklift certification a plus but not required).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends when needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
