Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage inbound and outbound shipments, and perform regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) to move materials and products throughout the facility.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or defects, ensuring only high-quality products are distributed.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of stock movements, shipping logs, and inventory reports using our warehouse management system.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by following all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling preferred.
- Certifications: Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A/B/C) is required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work well within a team.
