Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label packages for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Sort, organize, and retrieve merchandise within the fulfillment center.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, SOPs, and company policies at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure availability.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand or walk for long periods.
- Ability to work in various temperature-controlled environments (hot/cold).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
