Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise for orders with high accuracy using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is handled safely and securely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Sort, stack, and label products according to company protocols.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods (8-10 hours) and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
