Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Monitor and record temperature logs to ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations.
- Organize stock in cold storage areas, maintaining accurate inventory counts and proper labeling.
- Perform regular cleaning and sanitation of storage facilities to prevent contamination and maintain hygiene.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations and meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods in a cold environment (32°F or lower).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and stock management.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on role specifics.
- Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus.
