Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the work area at all times.
- Inspect and verify the condition of incoming and outgoing products.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily operational targets.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk on various surfaces.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
