Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are up to date.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyors.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace to prevent accidents.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet company standards before shipment.
- Shift Flexibility: Adapt to various shift schedules, including nights and weekends, to meet business demands.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and follow scanning instructions.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
