Responsibilities
- Load, Unload, and Process: Safely unload inbound trucks and sort, stow, and process inventory with high accuracy.
- Picking & Packing: Use handheld scanners to pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and your team.
- Equipment Operation: Operate electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Quality Control: Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet Amazon's high standards before shipping.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily productivity targets and shift goals.
- Environmental Adaptability: Work in various temperature-controlled environments and navigate complex warehouse layouts.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Availability: Flexible availability to work full-time, part-time, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliability: Strong commitment to attendance and punctuality.
