Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment to ensure on-time delivery.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to safety guidelines.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety standards are met.
- Scan barcodes and use handheld scanners to update inventory status.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading docks/warehouses).
- Basic computer skills and ability to read labels.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for up to 10 hours a day.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
