Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate powered industrial trucks, forklifts, and handheld scanners safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages, discrepancies, or quality issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure workplace.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily delivery deadlines.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
- Ability to work in various warehouse conditions, including moderate noise and temperature changes.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
