Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency using handheld scanners.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, upon completion of certification.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and performance goals.
- Work in various temperature zones and perform physical tasks including lifting and bending.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn handheld device operations.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
