Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Monitor and maintain temperature controls in cold storage units to ensure product integrity.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and stock replenishment as needed.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments for distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Experience working in a warehouse or cold storage environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Willingness to work in temperatures below 35°F.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
