Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) in a safe and timely manner.
- Ensure the fulfillment area is clean, organized, and meets all safety and sanitation standards.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks to maintain inventory flow.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment tasks.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read labels and barcodes.
- Willingness to work in various temperature-controlled environments (e.g., cooler, freezer).
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
