Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading and packing lists.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Data Entry: Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and stock locations accurately.
- Support: Assist in cycle counts, inventory audits, and maintaining warehouse organization.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine pre-shift inspections on material handling equipment and report any issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Skills: Basic math skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Requirements: Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screening.
