Job Overview:
As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in our supply chain, ensuring products are moved efficiently and accurately through our facility. We value hard work, reliability, and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks and containers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory on shelves and pallets according to established layout schemes.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure accuracy of stock and product condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and package items for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and labeling.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
