Responsibilities
- Operate high-performance material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
- Pack, label, and ship customer orders efficiently to meet daily KPI targets.
- Sort and organize inventory in designated areas to maintain optimal warehouse flow.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 49 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift).
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and tracking packages.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
