Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas, machines, and loading docks.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely, following all safety regulations and protocols.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as required.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (OSHA 10 or 30 preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license (Class C or equivalent).
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
