Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Ensure workstations and aisles are clean, organized, and adhere to safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to meet daily performance and safety goals.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Adhere to all Amazon safety policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and pick tickets.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
