Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels within the cold storage environment.
- Ensure all products are stored at the correct temperatures to maintain quality.
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse and storage areas.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Assist in the organization of pallets and racking systems.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid ID.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or cold storage environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and record-keeping.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Must be willing to work in a refrigerated environment.
