Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders efficiently using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly.
- Ensure the fulfillment center is clean, organized, and adheres to strict safety protocols.
- Inspect products for damage and prepare them for shipment with care.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning equipment.
- Willingness to work in various temperature-controlled environments and outdoor loading docks.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
