Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and equipment provided by the company.
- Verify item counts and descriptions against warehouse management system (WMS) orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization to optimize warehouse flow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide training for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
