Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during shift changeovers.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently during the overnight shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
